Does a Windows 10 driver exist for the IDT High Definition Audio Driver? The last one is sp63916, dated, but it's for Windows 8.1. AFTER getting it to work, I went back and tried my older Sigmatel IRDAs. It did not work after following the instructions the first time. Just an update, today I got my new Gearmo IRDA working AFTER having to remove the IRDA drivers in my Windows 10 partition.
